4. Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 9v999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.
Terms applicable to deposits:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- The payment account used for a deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
- Deposited funds are generally reflected in the account balance within a few minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.
- The platform may request verification for any suspicious deposit transaction.
5. Withdrawals
The following terms apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- If the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.
- The platform reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
When submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account details and payment details are filled in correctly. The platform is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect information.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
6. Welcome Bonus
9v999 offers a welcome bonus for new members. The detailed terms of the bonus are as follows:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
- The welcome bonus applies once only, on the first deposit.
- The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
7. Wagering Requirement
After receiving a bonus, a specified amount of betting must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn. Please pay attention to the following points to understand this requirement:
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined).
- Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- Before the wagering requirement is completed, the bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn.
- Some games or bet types may contribute differently to wagering calculations — details will be noted on the promotions page.
8. VIP Program & Cashback
Regular members can participate in the VIP program. The VIP tiers and weekly cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Promotion through the above tiers is determined based on a member's activity and contribution on the platform. VIP cashback is paid on a specific day each week and may also be subject to certain conditions.
Gaming Rules & Code of Conduct
9. General Gaming Policy
All members must follow the general policies below when playing on 9v999:
- All games are operated through secure and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
- Attempting to gain money by exploiting any bug, error, or technical issue is prohibited. If such an incident occurs, support must be notified immediately.

- Collusion (two or more players working together to defraud the system) is strictly prohibited.
- In sports betting, attempting to obtain prior knowledge of or influence the outcome of any match or tournament is prohibited.
10. Fraud & Money Laundering Prohibited
9v999 takes the utmost precautions to prevent money laundering. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:
- Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
- Using an account for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.
- Opening an account using fake or another person's identity documents.
- Making fraudulent chargeback or credit/debit claims.
If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be confiscated.
